Why join the Hybrid Athlete Programme

  • Programmes change every 6 weeks and enable you to improve ALL aspects of your fitness. They include elements of: power, strength, plyometrics, calisthenics, endurance and speed. This variation not only allows you to train as an athlete, but also keeps your training fun and interesting!
    The programme contains 5 sessions per week, but as explained within the programme itself, some sessions can be substituted out for your own sport if necessary, whilst you can still benefit from the programme.

  • Detailed introductory video to each new training phase every 6 weeks, where Abs explains the rationale behind the programme, key points to consider, exercise substitutions (also listed in each workout), important form notes, and instruction on how to approach each week of the programme.

    Clear instructions are also written on each workout where necessary, with exercise substitution suggestions in the case of lack of equipment or circumstances such as not being able to run due to injury, so you can still get the most benefit from the programme possible.

  • There are video explanations for every exercise in every programme to enable you to make sure your form is optimal and feel confident that you are making the most of the programme whilst avoiding potential injury.

  • Follow videos of Abs performing various mobility and stretching sequences to complement your training. Examples of videos include: deadlift-focused mobility sequence, back stretches, running warm up.

  • Use the app to track your workouts, so you can see your PBs and lifts from each week in a clear way that makes progression straight forwards. Use the inbuilt timer to track rest periods between sets suggested by Abs. Organise your week on your calendar, moving around sessions to suit your schedule and tick them off for accountability. Track your body composition (measurements, pictures etc) on the app with graphs to depict your progress if you want to measure this! Connect your fitness watch and MyFitnessPal if you track your calories to the app to sync all relevant data.

  • If you choose to pause or end the programme, use self-cancellation before the next month starts, and you will not be charged! You will still have access to the app and programme for the remainder of the month that you have already paid for.

  • We will soon be rolling out an affiliate scheme for the Hybrid Athlete programme, from which you can earn commission from referrals to family & friends. We will also be hosting events in 2024 and giving out monthly prizes to members to reward consistency!
